Product Introduction

 

  The SMD1005 ethanol sensor is a micro gas sensor developed based on metal oxide materials using MEMS technology. It can be used to detect the ethanol gas content in the air.

 

  The ethanol gas sensitive material and sensor electrodes are developed and made by IDM independently. When ethanol gas contacts the sensitive material, the conductivity of the sensitive material will change. Using a specific circuit, the change in conductivity can be converted into an output voltage signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
