Product Introduction
SMD1003 carbon monoxide gas sensor is a MEMS micro gas sensor developed based on metal oxide materials. It can be used to detect the carbon monoxide gas content in the air. The sensor has the characteristics of low power consumption, small size and low cost.
The carbon monoxide gas sensitive material and sensor micro-electrodes are developed and made by IDM independently. When target monoxide gas contacts the sensitive material, the conductivity of the material will change. A specific test circuit can be used to convert the change into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration.
