  The electronic nose system is an array sensor data acquisition instrument that simulates the olfactory function of animals and combines the gas sensor, circuit structure and gas sampling method made by modern high-tech processing technology.

  Gas sensor is a device that can convert gas or odor into electrical signal output. Because each sensor has different response degree and response characteristics for different gases or odors, multiple gas sensors are combined into a whole to train and test unknown gases or odors and appropriate response characteristics and algorithms can be selected to form a special "fingerprint" of the test results. If the system "remembers" these "fingerprints", and accumulates enough "fingerprints", it can identify a wide range of unknown gases or odors

qualitatively and quantitatively, and realize the function of smell.
