  The MED2003SE food cookedness detection module (with customized base) is an odor sensing module developed using MEMS micro gas sensors. It can be used to detect food condition during heating process (defrosting, heating, cookedness, scorching) and output corresponding signal. This module has been aged, debugged and calibrated, so it has good response consistency and extremely high sensitivity for scorch smell. And it can prevent from oil fume interference.

Widely used in microwave ovens, electric ovens and other kitchen appliances.
